In-Person Meeting
If the phone call goes well, you'll be invited to an in-person meeting. This is where expectations get discussed in detail, pay is talked through, and both sides determine if this is the right fit.
Start Date
If both sides are on board, a start date gets set. Onboarding is straightforward. You'll know what you're walking into before your first day.
